Our custom, superior brass dog tags are reinforced with a special nano coating, making the surface scratch resistant, improving hardness, preventing rust and repelling unwanted bacteria.

The Nano-coating process is similar to gold plating in which the item is submerged in a tank containing a solution made from the desired coating and water. Electrical currents run through the tank, and the resulting chemical reaction fuses the particles of the coating to the surface of the hardware or jewelry. After the nano-coating tank, the jewelry is moved to a kiln or an oven. It’s cured (baked) in order to solidify the coating and ensure that it becomes a hard, durable, and glossy exterior that will withstand daily wear without cracking and falling off the item.

Our beautiful pendant necklaces are originally handmade from superior brass and reinforced with a special nano-coating. You can choose to upgrade your pendant necklace to Gold. In this case our necklaces are plated in 1 Micron of 24KT Gold and reinforced with a special nano-coating.
